“One of Jennifer’s biggest strengths is how thoughtful and measured she is. She takes time to gather context, ask questions, and understand the full picture before responding when issues arise.”
— Copywriter, member of one of my creative teams

I'm tall, which has led me to one firm conclusion: hugs are awkward. If you've ever hugged a tall person, you probably understand.

I'm someone who notices these unexpected everyday situations and often finds humor where others don't - like said awkward hugs. That perspective has shaped both who I am and how I lead. Creativity comes naturally to me, but so does bringing people together around ideas and helping teams do their best work.

As the oldest child, with parents who encouraged my artistic ambitions while teaching me the value of leadership and responsibility, I learned early on how to balance vision with execution. Today, that mix of creativity, curiosity, and leadership informs everything I create.
